AARON NIMMO

Fitness has played a vital role in my life since a very young age. Sports, fitness and nutrition were always in grained in every part of my life. Whether it was gymnastics, football, basketball or snowboarding, I was always finding new ways to push my body to new limits. I studied nutrition courses, enrolled in kinesiology programs and pursued a certification through ACE. After two years of vigorous training under one of the top personal trainers in the U.S., I was still not satisfied. I wanted to push my self to the absolute limits so I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. After strict dieting and more guidance from my mentor, Scott Do, I won two titles as Mr. Oklahoma.

Just as my confidence as a trainer had reached a new high, tragedy hit my family. My grandfather and uncle both passed within the same time period. Both deaths were premature due to problems from being over weight and unhealthy.
This was one of the most impactful moments in my life. I realized that fitness coaching is more than just helping someone feel better about the way they look. I took on the mission to completely change as many lives as possible through fitness.
I’m proud to say that one of the most important keys to my success is trusting in God and being surrounded by a supportive and positive team of mentors. In my program, I stress that accountability is key to success.
